Position Schedule: 3:30pm-7:30pm Monday-Thursday
Maintains regular communication with supervisor and other team members regarding clients and requests guidance when needed.
Uses equipment appropriately and follows manufacturers recommendations based on specific criteria.
Perform support services for clinical staff as assigned.
Provide secretarial support to the units as assigned.
Scan documents into the EHR with accuracy and attention to detail.
Participate in client chart compliance activities as assigned.
Assist in financial eligibility activities for clients as assigned.
Provide backup support to the unit clerks, units, medical records, or any other programs or staff as assigned.
Complete client appropriate bundles and forms in the EHR as assigned.
Capture client photographs and attach to client record in the EHR as assigned.
Maintains an effective a collaborative relationship with agency personnel and external customers.
Greet clients and visitors, collect and post payments.
Answer and direct calls appropriately.
Open and close office per site protocols.
Maintains filing systems that are staff friendly and updated with current forms and resources.
Maintains daily cash/receipt drawer and generate daily cash flow sheet.
Assists with distributing incoming/outgoing mail, including delivering mail to TIMES/Respite as needed, and client group checks.
